Data Deletion & Account Unlink Instructions
We respect your privacy and provide full transparency and control over your connected accounts (TikTok, Meta, Shopify) and personal data.
Your Right to Delete Data
When you connect third-party platforms like TikTok or Meta (Facebook/Instagram), A7 Flow only stores the minimum credentials (OAuth tokens, open ID, username, and avatar) strictly required to execute authorized publishing on your behalf. You have the right to revoke access and delete all associated data at any time through self-service or via direct request.
Disconnect Account Inside A7 Flow
This is the fastest method. Unlinking your TikTok or social account immediately purges your tokens and revokes access instantly.
- 1Log in to your A7 Flow Dashboard.
- 2Navigate to Console > Publish from the navigation sidebar.
- 3Locate your connected TikTok or Meta account in the Channels list.
- 4Click the red Disconnect button.
Complete Data Erasure Request
To request complete deletion of all platform logs, history, media uploads, and account associations:
- Include your registered A7 Flow account email.
- Include your connected TikTok username / handle.
- Specify whether you wish to unlink or fully delete your A7 Flow profile.
All requests are processed within 48 business hours. You will receive an email confirmation with a formal deletion reference code.
Revoking A7 Flow Access Directly via TikTok
You can also revoke access directly from within the official TikTok mobile app or TikTok website at any time without accessing A7 Flow:
Open TikTok Settings
Go to your TikTok profile, tap the top menu (☰) > Settings and Privacy.
Security & Permissions
Tap Security > Manage app permissions.
Remove A7 Flow
Find A7 Flow in the list of authorized apps and tap Remove Access.
